Amazing Easy Appetizer
frozen phyllo cups
brie cheese
apricot jam
Preheat oven to 375.
Partially thaw phyllo cups as directed on package.
Fill about half-way with pieces of brie and bake for 5-10 minutes until cheese melts.
Remove from oven and top with a spoonful of apricot jam. Serve warm.
