Cheese Ball: Shredded Cheese Ball

Ann's Shredded Cheese Ball

Shred together:
2 cups white cheddar
2 cups yellow cheddar

Add:
1 cup Pimento spread
1 cup blue cheese spread
gouda

Blend in:
1 tbl. horseradish
1 small onion chopped
1.2 c. chopped olives
1 jar chipped beef
Optional: red wine, hot sauce or tasasco.

Form into a ball and roll in chopped pecans or olives.

Refrigerate about 2-3- hours before serving.
