Savory Tortes
Use
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayo
2 tsp dill weed
Mix and put in the bottom of the springform pan.
Make it a smaller one.. not the mini but the middle sized one.
Around the insides of pan put a strip of parchment paper and spray with
nonstick spray.
Top with pesto sauce, then chopped roasted red pepper, or cream cheese
mixture, layer of seafood sauce, layer of tiny shrimp or cream cheese
mixture, layer of chopped basil, crushed garlic and a light coating of
olive oil with layer of chopped plum tomatoes
Chill all of them at least 8 hours.
Remove sides and carefully remove paper. Serve with crackers
