Zesty Beef Spread

Amount Measure Ingredient, Preparation --------------------------------
1 (8 Oz-Pkg) Cream Cheese, Softened
1/4 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/3 C Chopped Green Olives
2 Tbsp Horseradish
2 (2 1/2 oz) Pkgs Dried Beef Slices, Divided & chopped
Assorted Crackers-Use Salt-Free As Spread Is salty.
In a mixing bowl, combine everything except meat; mix well.
Add meat, reserving 1 cup, and mix well.
Shape into 2 logs.
Garnish with reserved meat by pressing it into each log.
Serve with assorted crackers.
