FOUR BEAN SALAD
1 (1-lb) can each; drain well:
kidney beans
cut wax beans
black eyed peas
cut green beans, all drained.
1 medium onion, thinly sliced, and seperated into rings.
DRESSING:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon,crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
2 tablespoons snipped parsley
Combine all and dressing ingredients and pour over drained vegetables.
Chill several hours or overnight. Toss lightly and drain to serve.
Serves 12
