Patty’s Favorite Bread
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons dry yeast
Place ingredients in bread machine pan, in the order of your bread machine manual.
