Corny Cornbread
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 t. salt
2 eggs
1 (12 oz) can creamed corn
1 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Grease 9X9 inch pan. Mix cornmeal, flour. sugar, baking powder,
and salt in large bowl.
Add eggs, corn, milk, and oil. Stir with fork
until well mixed. Pour into pan.
Bake at 425' for 35-40 minutes,
until
bread is golden.
