Cayenne Croutons

3 Tablespoons unsalted softened butter
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp minced fresh flat leaf parsely
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp salt
Dash of red pepper sauce
18 1/4 inch thick slices french bread

· Preheat oven to 300.

· Mix butter, garlic, parsley, cayenne, salt and red pepper sauce in a small bowl. Spread mixture on both sides of bread.

· Arrange on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.

· Cool. Serve with soup.
