Banana Nut Bread

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup FLEISCHMANN'S unsalted spread
4 ripe bananas, mashed (about 2 cups)
1 cup EGG BEATERS (Healthy Real Egg Substitute)
1/2 cup PLANTER'S (Walnuts or Pecans, chopped)

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.

Beat sugar and Fleischmann's in large bowl with mixer at medium speed until creamy.

Blend in bananas and Egg Beaters. Blend in flour at low speed; stir in nuts.

Spread batter into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

Bake ror 1 hour 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes.

Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.

311 Calories per serving 12 grams of fat.
