STRAWBERRY MINT PANCAKES
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. raw oatmeal
2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp. chopped fresh mint (1 tsp. dried)
Combine ingredients in order given, pour and cook on hot greased
griddle until golden on both sides.
Serve with
maple syrup.
