ELEGANT QUICHE
Unbaked pie shell
6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 pkg. (1/2-1 lb. pkg.) breakfast sausage, cooked, drained
1/2 pkg. (1/2- 9-oz. pkg.) frozen chop spinach, cooked, drained well
1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing crumbs
Preheat oven to 375.
Layer in crust as follows:
shredded cheese
sausage
spinach
stuffing
Mix together and pour over top of spinach(Mix well but not frothy):
1-1/4 cup half and half
3 eggs
Use a fork to gently separate ingredients so that mixture seeps
down in pie.
Bake 45 minutes until set.
