Cake Gingerbread by Esther

Great Gingerbread

1 cup of margarine
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of molasses
1/2 tsp of salt
1 cup of boiling water plus 2 tsp baking soda
3 cups of flour
2 eggs
Spices of your choice such as ginger, cinnamon allspice
I use 1 and 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp allspice.

Place in a well greased tube or bundt pan and bake
@350 degrees for 50 or 60 minutes. The eggs are added last.
Can be served as is, with butter or place sliced peaches and whipped on it.
