Serving Size : 12 Preparation Time :0:00

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation
5 ounces unsweetened chocolate -- cut up
8 ounces butter -- cut up
3/4 cup brewed coffee
1/4 cup Kahlua or other coffee liqueur
2 large eggs
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
Kahlua Fudge Glaze
4 ounces semisweet chocolate -- cut into small piece
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons Kahlua or other coffee liqueur

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease an 8 cup Bundt pan. Dust with flour, tap out excess.

2. In a small double boiler over simmering water, place chocolate, butter, and coffee. Cook just until chocolate begins to melt, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir until completely smooth. Stir in Kahlua and let cool.

3. In a small bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium high speed until light and
fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes. Beat in chocolate mixture until smooth.

4. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. With mixer on low speed, alternately add flour mixture and sour cream to butter mixture, beginning and ending with flour, and beat only until blended. Turn batter into prepared pan.

5. Bake 55 to 60 minutes, or until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 minutes, then
unmold onto a wire rack and let cool completely. Drizzle Kahlua Fudge Glaze over top and let stand 30 minutes, or
until glaze has set.

Kahlua Fudge Glaze
Place chocolate in a small heatproof bowl. In small saucepan, combine cream, butter, and Kahlua. Bring to boil. Pour over chocolate in bowl and whisk until chocolate is melted and glaze is completely smooth. Let cool until slightly thickened.
