Cheesecake Impossible

Impossible Cheesecake

1/2 cup Bisquick
2-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, cut in cubes
3/4 cup milk


*Topping*

1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla


Preheat oven to 350*.

Grease bottom of 9x13inch pan.

Mix Bisquick, vanilla, eggs and sugar in blender or food processor.

Blend on high for 5 seconds.

Add cubed cheese and milk; blend on high for 2 minutes.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or till center is almost firm.

Blend all 3 ingredients for topping till smooth.

Spread over cheesecake and return to oven for 10 minutes.

Cool completely.

When cold, cut into about 30 pieces.
