Cheesecake
Butter
Graham Cracker crumbs
1 pound ricotta cheese
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
1-1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/3 cup cornstarch
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup butter - melted
1 pint sour cream
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease springform pan with butter and dust with graham cracker crumbs.
Beat ricotta and cream cheese till creamy.
Add sugar, eggs - one at a time - cornstarch, lemon juice and vanilla.
Keep on beating while adding.
Add butter and sour cream.
Bake for one hour.
Turn oven off and let sit in oven for two more hours.
Refrigerate.
