Coffee Cake:
2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup milk or water
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
Stir until blended. Spread into 9' round pan (8" sq works fine too)
Streusel Topping:
1/3 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp firm margerine or butter
Mix until crumbly, sprinkle on cake.
Bake 18 - 22 min @ 375 deg
