Jean's Coffee Cake
1/2 cp. butter
1cp sugar
3 eggs lightly beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cps. four
1 cp. sour cream
2 cps. fresh or frozen raspberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs. baking powder and baking soda. Alternately add four and sour cream to mixture and fold in raspberries. Pour into a well buttered bundt pan. Spread with topping
Topping:
1cp. brown sugar
1/4 cp. butter
1/4 cp. four
Combine brown sugar and butter mixing well. Ad four, mixture will be lumpy. Spread on coffee cake batter, bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
