Sour Cream Chocolate Icing
4 (3-1/2 oz. /100 g) bittersweet chocolate bars
1/2 c. sour cream, at room temperature
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp vanilla, optional
Break up the bars and melt carefully in microwave or top of double boiler. With a whisk or spoon stir in sour cream and salt, and vanilla, if using.
