No-Bake Cinnamon Loaf Cake
1 Entemann’s Fat Free Loaf Cake.
15 oz fat-free Ricotta
1 envelope Dream Whip®
1/3 cup confectioners sugar
1 to 2 drops oil of cinnamon or 1 tsp. orange extract
4 oz container citron
3 tbs. Mini chocolate chips
Cut Cake in half or thirds.
With hand mixer, whip Dream Whip, ricotta, confectioners sugar and flavoring. Add chocolate chips and citron.
Spread between layers and frost top of cake.
