SOUR CREAM AND CINNAMON NUT POUND CAKE
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1 box butter recipe cake mix
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
CINNAMON MIXTURE:
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts, chopped
GLAZE:
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
Grease and flour bundt cake pan. Sift cake mix. Add ingredients and mix well. In separate bowl, mix cinnamon mixture.
Sprinkle 1/3 cinnamon mixture in bottom of pan. Pour in 1/2 cake batter and sprinkle 1/3 cinnamon mixture.
Pour in remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon mixture.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 300. Let stand 10 minutes. Turn upside down. Cool. Glaze.
