Chocolate Oat Chip Cookies
1 cup margarine, softened
1 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups Oats (quick or old fashioned)
12 oz. chocolate chips
Heat oven to 375.
Beat margarine and sugar untill creamy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; beat well. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
Stir in oat, chocoalte chips, mix well. Drop by rounded measuring tablespoons on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 9-10 minutes for a chewy cookie and 12-13 minutes for a crsip cookie. Cool 1 minute on a cookie sheet. Makes 5 dozen 2 1/2" cookies
