Cream de Menthe Bonbons
1 c. fine vanilla wafer crumbs
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 c. confec. sugar
2 tabsp. light corn syrup
1/3 c. creme de menthe
chocolate shot
Mix crumbs, nuts, sugar, cornsyrup and cream dementhe. Blend well then let stand about 30 minutes in refrig.shape mixture into small balls about 1/2 in in dia. Roll in chcolate shot and place in small paper cups. Makes about 4 dz.
