Seal’s Snickerdoodles
1 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
2-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, eggs, and sugar until well blended.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Roll into balls size of small walnut and roll in following mixture:
2 Tblsp. sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Place on ungreased cookie sheets and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F. for 8 to 10 minutes.
