Richards Peanut Butter Cookies
1 Box yellow cake mix
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1/4 cup veg oil
1/2 cup water
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix in order given. Shape into balls or use small ice cream scoop. Flatten down slightly and take fork to do crisscross in tops. Can also dribble some crushed peanuts on top.
Bake 8 - 10 mins and let cool 15 mins then enjoy.
