Rice Pudding Recipe using Pudding and Minute Rice
4 C. Milk
1 Egg, Well Beaten
1 Pk. Vanilla Cook-N-Serve Pudding (LG)
1 C. Minute Rice
1.4 C Raisins
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
In sauce pan gradually mix milk, egg and pudding mix. Add rice and raisin and cook over mudium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Cool 5 minutes stirring twice. Pour into dessert dishes or serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate about 1 hour. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
