Apricot Wine Cordial
3/4 pound dried apricots
4 cups dry white eine
1 cup brandy
2 cups sugar
In a glass or ceramic container, stir together all ingredients. Cover tightly; let stand at room temperature 1-4 weeks. Stir during the first few days to dissolve sugar. Serve fruit and wine together or separately. Makes 1-1/2 quarts.
