Maryland Crab Cakes
1lb. lump or backfin crab meat
1 egg
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
fresh lemon juice (a tsp. or so)
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Mix first 6 ingredients together. Add just enough bread crumbs and mayo to hold it all together. Add more or less
of each as necessary. Form into balls about the size of your fist. Sprinkle more Old Bay on top. Broil or fry until
golden brown.
