Greek Burger
1 lb. lean ground beef or lamb
1/4 cup crumbled feta
1/2 cup finely chopped black olives
sliced red onion
thinly sliced pepper strips
diced tomato
pita bread
Mix lean ground beef, feta cheese and black olives. Shape into 4 patties and
grill or broil to desired doneness
Serve in pitas with sliced red onion and thinly sliced pepper strips and a diced tomato.
Serve with sauce:
Mix 8 oz plain yogurt with a dash of lemon juice, 1 crushed garlic clove and 1 tsp. oregano.
