Meatloaf
3 pounds of ground beef
1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 small onion - chopped and microwaved 2-1/2 minutes
1/2 of 8 oz. bag of Pepperidge Farm Herb-Seasoned
Stuffing (measure 2 cups dry - Don't overdo)
2 eggs - beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup catsup
Parmesan cheese
catsup
Microwave the onion. Mix all ingredients together and mold in baking pan. "Ice" top of meatloaf with extra catsup
and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
Bake 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
