Porcupine Meat Balls
2 lb. hamburger
peppers, onions, etc,
(whatever fixin's you like)
1 c. rice (not instant), uncooked
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream soup (broccoli,
mushroom, etc.)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients except soup in large bowl. Cook rice. Make meat mixture into little balls; set in greased
casserole dish.
Pour contents of soup over meat balls and add 1-1/2 cans of water. Cover and bake in oven at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
