Stuffed Peppers
6 green peppers
1 lb. hamburger
1 cup cooked rice
1 onion chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole or diced tomatoes
garlic powder
seasoned salt
pepper
Preheat oven to 350° F. Slice tops off peppers seed and rinse.
Mix hamburger, rice, onion, 1 can tomato sauce, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper.
Stuff peppers, place in roaster and pour remaining can tomato sauce and can tomatoes over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until peppers are soft.
