Cranberry Glazed Ham Kebabs
from the Pioneer Press newspapers 4/16/92
1/2 can jellied cranberry sauce
1/8 t ground cloves
1 t dry mustard
1 T cider vinegar
3/4 lb ham, cubed in 16 squares, 1/2" ea
1 red pepper, cut 1" squares
1 green pepper, cut 1" squares
1 can (20 oz) juice packed pineapple chunks, drained
skewers
Thread 2 ham chunks, 4 pineapple chunks, and red and green pepper pieces on skewers. Put in shallow baking pan in a single layer. Mix cranberry sauce, cloves, mustard, vinegar. Pour over kabobs. Bake at 400 degrees 15 - 20 minutes basting often. Serves 4
