Pork Tenderloin with Hoisin Sauce
1 pork tenderloin (about 1 lb.)
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. wine (white or rice)
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, finely minced (optional)
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Slice tenderloin into 1/4 inch slices.
In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add pork and toss well. Refrigerate for a few hours.
Heat a large, non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook pork and marinade for 7 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
