Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo
8 oz. Cream cheese, cubed
3/4 cup (3 oz.) Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup Margarine (or butter)
1/2 cup Milk
8 oz. Fettuccine, cooked, drained
In a large saucepan, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, margarine and milk; stir over low heat until smooth.
Add fettuccini; toss lightly.
