Blueberry Sour Cream Pie
2 cups blueberries, washed and stemmed
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 unbaked pie shell
1 sleeve Ritz® crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons sugar
1 stick butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350° F
Pour berries into pie crust.
Mix sugar, sour cream, flour and salt, pour over berries.
Mix crackers, sugar, and butter, sprinkle over pie.
Bake 350 for 40 minutes.
