Coconut Peach Crumble Pie
1 KeeblerŪ Ready Crust Shortbread Pie Crust
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 can (21 oz.) peach fruit filling
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup wheat germ
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Brush bottom and sides of crust with egg yolk. Set on baking
sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until light brown.
Spoon fruit filling into crust.
In a small bowl, combine
coconut, flour, sugar, butter and wheat germ. Mix until
well-blended. Spread over fruit filling.
Bake on baking sheet
for 30-35 minutes or until filling is bubbly and topping is light
brown.
