Jack-O-Lantern Pie
1 package (4 serving size) orange Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
1 chocolate crumb pie crust
whipped topping
candy corn
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Spoon in ice cream, until melted and smooth. Chill until slightly thickened, about 15 minutes. Pour gelatin mixture into pie crust. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish with whipped topping and candy corn.
