Chicken Log

16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 Tablespoon bottled steak sauce
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 1/2 cup minced cooked chicken
1/3 cup minced celery
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped toasted almonds


Beat together the cream cheese, steak sauce and curry powder. Blend in the minced chicken, celery and 2 tbls. of the parsley. Shape into a 9 inch roll. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill 4 hours or overnight. Coat log with parsley and almonds.
