Chicken Breast or Pork Braised in Wine

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves -- or boneless pork chops
rosemary
minced garlic or garlic powder
1/3 c white wine, or a blush, zin, grenache -- etc.
Rub chicken breasts with rosemary and garlic.
Brown in a little oil, or use a non-stick pan.
Add wine, cover and cook until done, about 15 minutes.
Remove lid the last few minutes to allow liquid to evaporate and a caramelized glaze to form on chicken.
