Camembert Chicken
Butter, melted
8 sheets phyllo pastry
4 chicken fillets
16-oz. Camembert cheese
Cranberry sauce
Brush melted butter on one sheet of pastry, place second sheet on top. Place chicken fillet on pastry and place 4 ounces of sliced cheese on top of chicken. Wrap chicken in pastry and secure ends with melted butter. Repeat previous steps 3 more times.
Cook in moderate oven until pastry is golden. Heat cranberry sauce and serve over chicken.
