Chicken Curry
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/3 cup flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup tomato juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. curry powder
4 cups diced cooked chicken
4 cups hot cooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste
Lightly brown onions and celery in hot oil; add flour and blend. Add broth and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add tomato juice, seasoning and chicken. Heat thoroughly and serve over rice.
