Chicken Stir-Fry

10-12 chicken Strips
garlic powder, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
broccoli, carrots, onions, mushrooms, celery, water chestnuts – about 1 pound total

Sauce:
2 TBS. creamy peanut butter
2 Tbs. vinegar
2 Tbs. soy sauce
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/8 tsp. ginger


Season chicken strips with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Brown the strips in hot oil. Add the vegetables and cook about 4 minutes. Add the sauce and cook 2-3 more minutes.
