Deviled Chicken Breasts

3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp dry white wine
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
salt
pepper
2 1/2 Cups bread crumbs
4 Tablespoons butter
4 Tablespoons oil
Combine mustard, wine and Worcestershire sauce. Spread thickly on chicken. Dip in breadcrumbs. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Saute 5 minutes each side in oil and butter or until golden brown.
