Chicken Diablo
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1 Cup picante sauce or salsa
1 (15 oz.) can quartered artichoke hearts
1 (4 oz.) can sliced black olives
Preheat oven to 350F, bake chicken for 20 minutes.
Drain artichoke hearts and olives and sprinkle them over the chicken.
Stir together the soup and picante sauce and pour over chicken mixture.
Continue baking for another 20 minutes.
Great served on rice or wide noodles.
