Oven Chicken Fingers
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 TBL grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 c vegetable oil
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt.
Set aside.
Place oil in a small bowl.
Flatten the chicken to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 1 in wide strips.
Dip each strip into oil and place in bag with crumb mixture and toss to coat. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
