Fireman's Chicken Bake
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 can (14.5 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can of white wine
1 c. Swiss cheese
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c. melted butter
mushrooms if desired
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine cream of chicken soup and white wine.
Place breasts in buttered dish (8 x 8-inches).
Cover with cheese, then soup mixture.
Top with stuffing.
Pour butter over top.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
