Bacon Wrapped Chicken Mushroom Kabob
3 lb chicken tenders
16 oz fresh mushrooms (quartered)
2 bunches green onions
32 oz bottle Italian dressing
1 1/2 lb bacon slices
In a gallon zip lock, add first 4 ingredients. Let set in fridge overnight or at least all day.
When ready to cook, wrap chicken around mushroom, then wrap bacon around that. Secure with either a toothpick or put on a kabob stick. Barbecue or bake, turning often, for 45 minutes or until done.
