Lemon Mustard Chicken

Using Thighs, 6 thighs

Mix together:
3/4 cup brown spicy mustard
2 T lemon juice
1 teaspoon lime juice


Season bread crumbs with basil and thyme salt and pepper (or use seasoned bread crumbs)

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Coat chicken in mustard sauce and roll in bread crumbs. Place on foil on a baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 to 40 min
