Mock Jambalaya
1 box red beans and rice mix
1 cup cooked shrimp
1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
1 onion, diced
Prepare red beans and rice according to package directions. Add shrimp, chicken and onion. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add spices/seasonings as desired.
