Chicken Monterey

4 boneless chicken breasts,skinned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 pkg. seasoned croutons, crushed
1 (9 oz) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
1/2 c. sherry or milk
1/8 lb. butter or margarine


Layer in order chicken breasts, sliced cheese, soup diluted with sherry or milk, crushed croutons and dabs of butter in 9X13 inch pan. Bake 2 hours at 250'
